Creamy Mushroom Gnocchi
Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup (75 ml) dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • ½ cup (100 ml) vegetable stock
  • 1 cup (200 ml) plant-based cream
  • ⅓ cup (30 g) plant-based Parmesan, grated
  • 1 pack (1 lb/ 500g) plant-based gnocchi
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
