Slow Cooker Cheddar Corn

  1. 4 cups frozen corn
  2. 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  3. ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  4. 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  5. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  6. ½ cup mayonnaise
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. ½ teaspoon onion powder
  9. ½ teaspoon paprika
  10. Salt and pepper to taste
  11. Fresh chives, chopped, for garnish

  13. 1. In a slow cooker, combine frozen corn, softened cream cheese, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  14. 2. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheeses are melted, and the mixture is creamy.
  15. 3. Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh chives.
