Brat Burnt Ends
Ingredients
  • 6 brats
  • 3 tbsps. yellow mustard
  • 1 cup and 3 tbsps. Big Moe Cason pork rub
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
Steps
  1. Line a grill warming rack accessory with foil; place on grill grate. Preheat grill for direct cooking over low heat 250 degrees.
  2. Combine mustard and 3 tbsps. pork rub. Evenly rub mixture over the brats. Grill for 50 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Transfer brats to a cutting board; cut into pieces. Transfer to a 9x9 foil pan. Add 1 cup pork rub, ¼ cup brown sugar and ¼ cup butter, cut up. Toss to combine.
  4. Increase grill heat to medium (350 degrees) and place foil pan on warming rack accessory so that it is not directly on the grill plate. Grill for 20 to 25 minutes or until sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
