Ingredients
  • 4 or 5 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted [75 g]
  • ¾ to 1 cup sugar [150 to 200 g]
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ¾ cups all purpose flour [220 g]
  • Optional tbsp of cinnamon
  • Optional ½ cup nuts (I recommend walnuts) or 2 tbsp poppy seeds
