The classic with a bit of Balsamic for a twist.
Servings: Approx. 1 cup

Ingredients
- ¼ c. Dijon mustard
- 3 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 T. Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 T. Honey
- ¼ c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ t. Sea salt
- ¼ t. Pepper
Steps
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until emulsified. Store leftovers in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Pro Tip: Since the dressing will thicken in the refrigerator, when you remove it for use , place the still sealed jar in a bowl of very hot tap water and it will soften and thin out in 2 to 3 minutes. Shake vigorously and it will again emulsify.
