Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken stock (or vegetable stock for vegetarian version)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon tomato paste or 1 cup of diced fresh or cooked tomatoes, strained
  • Pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
