  • 1 ½ Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 lbs chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • metal or bamboo skewers (soaked in water for 30 mins)
