  • 1 tin Coconut Cream (400mL)
  • 3 teaspoons Cornflour (Gluten Free)
  • 100g Dark Chocolate (We used 85% Lindt Dark Chocolate)
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 490g Sugar (We used Raw)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 Egg Whites
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 250g Hazelnut Meal (Or buy hazelnuts and grind your own.)
  • 1 Small Pack of Frozen Berries (Or mixed fresh berries.)
