Ingredients
  • 3 medium canned pear OR peach halves
  • 2 eggs (separated)
  • ½ c. milk
  • water
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
Steps
  1. Drain fruit, reserving syrup.
  2. Put fruit & egg yolks into blend container & blend till pureed.
  3. Add enough water to fruit syrup to make 1-c.
  4. Add milk, fruit syrup-water, & cornstarch to blender contents & blend till combined.
  5. Pour blender contents into saucepan & cook, stirring constantly, till thickened & bubbly.
