2 ¼ cups (252g) superfine blanched almond flour

6 TAB (48g) tapioca starch/flour

3 TAB (36g) coconut or cane sugar

1 ½ tsp baking powder

¼ + ⅛ tsp cream of tartar

¼ + ⅛ tsp salt

½ cup + 2 TAB (200g) maple syrup

2 ¼ tsp vanilla extract

subheading: CINNAMON SUGAR COATING:

6 TAB (72g) coconut or cane sugar

1 TAB + ¾ tsp ground cinnamon

subheading: Do not sub almond flour; it gives buttery taste.:
