- 6 Cloves of garlic, Peeled and crushed
- 75 g Tomato pureé
- 125 ml Red wine
- 2 Beef stock cubes
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 3 Bay leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 15 g Fresh basil, Finely chopped
