Favorite Vegan Lasagna (Easy & Dairy Free!)
Ingredients
  • 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms
  • 1 cup roasted Southern Grove Cashews with Sea Salt, divided (roasted salted cashews)
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 2 8-ounce cans Happy Harvest Tomato Sauce
  • 10 to 13 ounces Reggano Oven Ready (No Boil) Lasagna Noodles* (see note!)

  • Dried oregano, for sprinkling
  • Fresh ground black pepper
