  • 40 grams of chicken breast steamed and diced
  • 1.5 tbsp  of chinese cooking wine
  • 40 grams of shrimp diced
  • 40 grams  of rehydrated sea cucumber diced (Can be replaced by fresh sea scallop)
  • 20 grams of scallions diced
  • 1 +ΒΌ tsp of salt
  • 3 tbsp of cooking oil
