Ingredients
  • 3 stalks celery (sliced)
  • ½ green pepper (cut into pieces)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 small cabbage (cored & cut into small wedges)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • ¼ c. tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • cold water
Steps
  1. In order, put half the celery, half the pepper, half the onions, & half the cabbage into blender container.
  2. Add enough cold water to cover, cover, chop coarsely.
  3. Drain, set aside, & repeat steps with remaining vegetables.
  4. Chill.
  5. Clean blender container, put remaining ingredients in, & blend till combined.
  6. Set dressing aside to chill.
  7. Just before serving, drain vegetable again & toss lightly with sour cream dressing.
