Chicken Divan

Ingredients
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli or green beans
  • 4 cups cut chicken breast
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Set rice cooking in rice cooker.
  3. Cook chicken in oil with 1 tsp of curry powder.
  4. Mix mayo, cream of mushroom soup, 1 tsp of curry powder, and lemon juice together.
  5. Defrost broccoli/green beans.
  6. Layer rice, chicken, broccoli/green beans, mayo mixture in casserole dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Notes
  • Can leave out lemon juice or curry powder.
