Chicken/Beef/Pork Schnitzel with Mustard Cream Sauce

subheading: Mustard Cream Sauce:

2 Tablespoons unsalted butter

2 Tablespoons plain flour

2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

1¼ cups low sodium chicken broth

¾ cup cream

2 cloves garlic crushed

¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
