Ingredients
  • subheading: Steak sauce:
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1.5 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Lightly season steak cut into bite sized pieces with salt and pepper. Over medium high heat add steak and cook until browned approximately 1 to 2 minutes on each side and remove from heat. Add in sauce and add steak back in, allowing it to coat the steak and thicken.

  • ¼ cup soy
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Dash of sriracha, optional but recommended
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Lightly season shrimp with salt, pepper and some paprika. Add a little olive oil.
  • Over medium high heat add a little oil and cook shrimp on each side approximately 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp make a nice c shape and remove from heat. Add in sauce and shrimp until sauce adheres to shrimp. Remove from heat.

  • ¼ cup soy
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Over medium high heat add a little oil to pan. Add in onions and cook until they begin to soften then add in your broccoli and cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently so they don’t burn. Lower heat to medium low and add In sauce, cooking another 2 to 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • subheading: Fried rice:
  • 3 cups cooked day old cold rice
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 green onion chopped and screwed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Over medium high heat add oil to skillet or wok and add in onions, peas and carrots cooking until tender.
  • Push ingredients to one side and add in eggs and scramble them. Push those aside also. Add in rice. Add in soy sauce. Next add in sugar and oyster sauce. Stir up all the ingredients and toss in green onions.
  • subheading: Homemade yum yum sauce:
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp water
