Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • note: *Boneless
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • note: *Divided.
  • ½ cup Italian blend cheese
  •

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.

  3. Cut breasts lengthwise.
  4. Combine the mayonnaise, ¼ cup parmesan cheese,  and dry spices in a medium bowl.
  5. Add the chicken and stir to coat.

  7. Place chicken on a large baking sheet.
  8. **Parchment paper will make cleaning easier.
  9. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of chicken.
  10. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  11. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes to brown the cheese.
  12. **Watch closely when broiling to ensure it doesn't burn.
