Sweet Potato Cornbread

I love food! I love trying to make my favorite foods and sharing them with others. I enjoy adjusting recipes to always yield the best results.

1 ½ cups cornmeal

1 cup All-Purpose Flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon all spice

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup baked and mashed sweet potato

2 eggs

½ stick (4 Tablespoons) melted butter

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup light brown sugar

1 ½ cups buttermilk
