beet smoothie
Ingredients
  • 2 smoothies (12oz each)
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or other milk choice)
  • ¼ cup Cooked Beets (use canned to save time)
  • 1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Strawberries with hull removed (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Honey (maple syrup would be a good substitute, or leave this out for a less sweet smoothie)
  • ½ Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Ice (if using fresh fruit)
