Country Gravy
Homemade white peppered gravy.

Ingredients
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 2 TBSP flour
  • ¼ salt
  • ¼ pepper
  • 1 to 2 cups of milk
Steps
  1. Make a rue. Heat up butter, flour, salt and pepper until golden brown in sauce pan.
  2. Slowly add milk and whisk until thick.
Notes
  • You can always add more pepper and salt to your own preference and tastes.
