  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 8 oz. gruyère cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
  • 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 c. panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ c. grated parmesan cheese
