Homemade Energy Bites (Day 18)
Ingredients
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup peanut butter or other nut butter
  • ⅔ cup honey
  • 2 cup coconut flakes, wheat germ, sesame seeds, or a mixture of all three (can also substitute oatmeal or protein powder, if you prefer)
  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
