How to Make Peach Jam in the Instant Pot/I used apricots

I am NOT a cook. I can burn toast. A friend got one & cooked most delectable meals & desserts for me. So I decided at age 67 to learn how to cook with one of these contraptions. Only made one meal but I really liked it!

Apricot jam in Instant Pot was easy to make and it’s really good

2.5 pounds fresh (very ripe) peaches (6.5 cups, pitted and chopped)

½ cup honey (more up to 1 cup, if desired)

1 lemon, juiced (about ¼ cup juice)

1 tbsp vanilla extract
