Baked Honey Sriracha Lime Salmon
Ingredients
  • 1 large salmon or 4 to 6 individual (4 to 6 ounce) fillets
  • salt and pepper, to taste (for me this was about 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 limes (one juiced, one for slicing)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (I used low sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro
