50/50 Fat/Carbs - Shelf stable
Ingredients
  • 90 gms cocoa butter
  • 40 gms protein powder
  • Salt to Taste
Steps
  1. Melt the cocoa butter in a pot on medium low until it has completely liquefied
  2. Add the protein powder slowly while whisking vigorously
  3. Continue heating and stirring for 2 minutes
  4. Remove from the stove and pour into molds
  5. Place into refrigerator or freezer to solidify
