Orange and ginger marinated salmon

  • ⅛ cup squeezed orange juice
  • Zest ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon tamari
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pinch fennel seeds
  • 2 salmon fillets

  3. Place salmon in marinade dish
  4. Cover in fridge and marinate 3 hours
