  • 7g/⅓oz unsalted butter
  • 65ml/2¼fl oz double cream
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • subheading: For the dark chocolate ganache:
  • 200ml/7fl oz double cream
  • 60g/2¼oz milk chocolate
  • 90g/3¼oz dark chocolate
