  • Brine mixture; 2 Quarts of Water, ¼ Cup Kosher Salt, ½ Brown Sugar, A Couple of Sprigs of Rosemary, 1 Tablespoon of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Fresh Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Cups of White Wine
