Honey Bun Cake

⅔ cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

1 container (8 oz) sour cream

¾ cup packed brown sugar

½ cup chopped pecans

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon milk

1 teaspoon vanilla
