Parmesan Encrusted Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lb Chicken Breast (boneless)
  • ¾ c Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 ½ c Parmesan Cheese (grated or that iffy powdered stuff you’ve had in your cabinet for six months)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375° and grease a baking dish that’s gonna accommodate your chicken breast (Optional: I like to sprinkle some thyme and rosemary on the bottom of the dish just for extra flavor but defo not needed)
  2. Mix together the salt, pepper, garlic, sour cream, and 1 cup of the Parmesan in a bowl
  3. Set your chicken in the baking dish and smother it in the sour cream sauce you just made
  4. Bake for 28 to 30 mins or until it’s not gonna kill your family
Notes
  • Optional: if you wanna add the extra ½ cup Parmesan on top and then broil it for 2 to 3 mins at the end of step 4
