  • 4 stalks organic kale
  • 2 stalk chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup blueberries

  • ½ cup chopped maitake mushrooms (can be lightly cooked)
  • 6 Tbsp ground raw sunflower seeds
  • 4 Tbsp kelp
  • 2 Tbsp spirulina
  • 4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
