Slow-Cooker Cranberry-Pear Butter
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. (4 cups) fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 4 lbs. (9 to 10 medium-size) ripe Bartlett pears, peeled, cored, and chopped (about 9 cups)
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger (from 2-in. piece)
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
