**A bit too salty when it was only sauce, so I added 32g more sugar (palm sugar was stuck together). Probably a tad sweet but ok. Had zucchini and egg plant to help dilute? the saltiness.

  • 50 g Palm Sugar
  • 50 g Sliced Aubergine
  • 50 g Sliced Green Pepper
  • 50 g Sliced Courgettes
  • 30 g Mange Tout
  • 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 3 Basil Leaves
  • 1 Long Red Chilli
  • 1 sprig Basil
