GF "fried" chicken

Ingredients
  • ¾ cp bisquick gf mix
  • ½ cp grated parmigano reggiano cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1lb chicken tenders
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 TB butter, melted
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 450°
  2. In a med bowl, mix bisquick, cheese, paprika, and salt
  3. Dip chicken in eggs, then in bisquick mixture, and place on baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over chicken (about ½ tsp ea)
  5. Bake 8min or until no longer pink in center.
