  • 1 ½ tablespoons dijon mustard (sub yellow)

  • 2 to 3 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt , more to taste
  • Fresh-cracked pepper , to taste
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red chile pepper (optional)
