  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (If using frozen blueberries, don't thaw them before adding to the batter)
  • For the Topping:
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons butter, softened
