  • 1 (15.5-ounce can) chickpeas, drained
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 small yellow onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
  • Pomegranate arils, for topping
