Sweet Potato Casserole

Grandma Hargett's Recipe

subheading: Sweet potato filling:

3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed

1 cup sugar

½ cup butter

2 eggs, well beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

⅓ cup milk

subheading: Topping:

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup flour

⅓ cup margarine, melted

Combine all ingredients for sweet potato filling and place in oven-safe casserole dis.

Combine ingredients for topping, then place on top of sweet potato filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
