Ingredients
  • 1 cup Raw Cashews
  • 1 cup Plant Milk (I used almond milk) or unsweetened plant milk of choice eg rice, soy etc
  • 2 tbs Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 large Garlic clove peeled
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp coarse celtic sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
Steps
  1. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
