Veggie Burger Builder

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups beans or lentils
  • 1.5 cups cooked veggies
  • 2 to 4 TBS spices
  • ΒΌ cup brown rice flour or binder of choice
  • 1 flax egg (optional)
Steps
  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor
  2. Let the mixture sit for 10 to 15 mins in the fridge before forming patties
  3. Grill (10 mins each side)  or bake (350F for 25 mins, flipping after 15 mins)  or air fry (360F for 10 mins, check, then additional 5 mins to get a crisp outside.
