  • 400ml passata
  • 500g rigatoni or penne rigate, or any other ridged tubed pasta
  • 150ml double cream
  • olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • subheading: to serve:
  • small handful chopped parsley
  • freshly grated parmesan
