  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons of sofrito made with culantro
  • 1½ seasoning envelopes with Coriander and Annatto
  • subheading: Remaining Ingredients:
  • 2 cups long-grain white rice, rinsed and soaked for 10 minutes
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pigeon peas, reserve liquid
  • Reserve cooking liquid of pork spareribs
