Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground meat (use any cut for S, 96%-99% lean ground meat for an E meal)
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes (1- 28 ounce can of tomatoes, my family prefers petite diced, you will blend at least half of this can)
  • 1 cup frozen okra (frozen sliced okra)
  • 1 Tbsp mineral salt
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 bay leaves (use 1 bay leaf)
  • 15.5 oz great northern beans (drained)
  • cheddar cheese (optional topping, for an S meal, omit for DF meal)
  • sour cream (optional topping for an S meal, omit for DF meal)
  • avocado (s) (optional topping for an S meal)
  • 0% Greek yogurt (optional topping for an E meal, omit for DF meal)
