Olive Oil Poached Salmon (using Anyday Microwave dishes)
Ingredients
  • 1 16-18oz salmon filet, in one whole piece
  • 6 tablespoons (90ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 6 to 9 thin slices of citrus (lemon, lime, blood oranges work well)
  • 2 sprigs of thyme, dill, or parsley
  • chopped parsley or chives (for garnish)
