  • 1 package of  extra-firm Tofu, drained and pressed
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon flax meal + 2 tablespoon water)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup, or tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoons Italian seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of each onion and garlic powder (you can add more and/or different seasonings if wished)
