  • 4 Cloves Garlic mashed
  • 2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • ¾ Cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 ¾ Cup Chicken Broth
  • 16 Ounces Fresh Potato Gnocchi
  • 3 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • ⅓ Cup Heavy Cream or Coconut Milk
  • ½ Cup Parmigiano Reggiano freshly grated more for topping, if desired
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
