A delicious dressing that elevates any salad.

Servings: Approx. 1 cup

Ingredients
  • ½ c. Balsamic Vinegar*
  • ½ c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 T. Honey
  • 2 t. Dijon mustard
  • ¼ t. Garlic powder
  • ½ t. Sea Salt
  • ½ t. Pepper
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Whisk until emulsified. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
  • * Use plain Balsamic or try using a Fig, Raspberry or Pear infused Balsamic.
  • Pro Tip: Since the dressing will thicken in the refrigerator, when you remove it for use, place the still sealed jar in a bowl of very hot tap water and it will soften and thin out in 2 to 3 minutes. Shake vigorously and it will again emulsify.
