A delicious dressing that elevates any salad.
Servings: Approx. 1 cup

Ingredients
- ½ c. Balsamic Vinegar*
- ½ c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 T. Honey
- 2 t. Dijon mustard
- ¼ t. Garlic powder
- ½ t. Sea Salt
- ½ t. Pepper
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a bowl. Whisk until emulsified. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
- * Use plain Balsamic or try using a Fig, Raspberry or Pear infused Balsamic.
- Pro Tip: Since the dressing will thicken in the refrigerator, when you remove it for use, place the still sealed jar in a bowl of very hot tap water and it will soften and thin out in 2 to 3 minutes. Shake vigorously and it will again emulsify.
