Banana Bread THM-E

Ingredients
  • 3 overly ripe bananas
  • ½ cup applesauce (no sugar added)
  • ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 3 egg whites (½ cup)
  • 3 Tbls chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • ⅓ cup Truvia
  • 1 Tbls baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sea salt
Steps
  1. Mash Bananas and add the Applesausce, egg whites, and vanilla mixing well.  Combine dry ingredients and add to banana mixture, Mix well, pour into a 8X5 loaf pan greased with coconut oil.  Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes
Notes
  • Can add 1 scoop of Whey Powder if having as a meal.
