  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
